De Enterprise is een kermisattractie, waarbij een grote draaischijf met hoge snelheid ronddraait. De draaischijf wordt daarna vanuit een horizontale stand volledig in vertikale positie gebracht. Na verloop van tijd beweegt deze zich weer naar de horizontale stand. De draaischijf loopt uit en stopt.

Speciale electronica wordt hier toegepast om de draaischijf langzaam op snelheid te laten komen en om deze weer te laten uitlopen bij het stoppen. Dit is noodzakelijk omdat anders de aandrijving kapot gaat. Het is ook prettiger voor de kermisbezoekers.

The Enterprise is a fairground attraction. A large wheel is turning around at high speed. From a horizontal position the wheel is moving completely to a vertical position. After a while it is moving back to the horizontal position. The wheel stops smoothly. Special electronics are used to start and stop the wheel smoothly. This is necessery to spare the gears. It's also more comfortable for the visitors of the fairground.
